Who should I call for pet friendly rentals in Seattle Metro Area?

I’m moving to somewhere in Seattle, Tacoma, or perhaps even Olympia at the beginning of February. I need to find a place, probably around 700 square feet or larger, that my dog and my music gear are welcome. I’m going to start in on the Yellow Pages soon, but any recomendations or ideas would be hugely apprecieated.
Call a property manager. They can possibly arrange sending you pix of the place before you rent. Beware though too. My family moved to phoenix via property manager that went sour. It was too cheap. So what did they expect.
