There are three places we usually park when going to the Waterfront:
1. Pike Place Market’s parking garage
2. Seattle Art Institute’s parking garage on Western Ave (They have a walkway from the garage area that goes across to Bell Harbor.)
3. Street parking anywhere along the waterfront, usually between Bell Harbor and the Aquarium.
Another suggestion…right now, the water taxi is operating from Alki to the Waterfront. Parking at Alki is free, the water taxi is $3.00 each way (if you are only on the waterfront for 2 hours, you can get a transfer ticket and only pay $1.00 on the way back.) It makes for a fun experience and is still cheaper than garage parking.

I just parked a couple blocks up the hill from the waterfront market and walked down.
